Ingredients

Lemon Smoothie

  • 25 ml Coconut milk
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1 Small piece ginger
  • ½ Lemon
  • 3 Ice cubes

Cucumber Smoothie

  • 25 ml Coconut milk
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • ½ Cucumber
  • 20 g Spinach
  • 3 Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients for the lemon smoothie in a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour in a glass.
  • Then place all ingredients for the cucumber smoothie in the blender and again pulse until smooth. Pour over the lemon smoothie.
  • Garnish with a slice of lemon and/or cucumber.
  • Enjoy!
