Cosmopolitan Cocktail
The Cosmopolitan - a hot pink, pleasantly sharp cocktail served in the iconic martini glass, was the essence of the 1990s. It's one of my top 3 favourite cocktails and it is one of the most popular drinks in the world.

Equipment
- Shaker
Ingredients
- 30 ml Absolut Citron vodka
- 15 ml Cointreau
- 15 ml
Lime juice - 15 ml Cranberry juice
- 1 Lime peal substitute for orange peal
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and toss 4-5 cubes of ice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lime peal.
