Jack Frost's Tropical Coconut Vodka Cocktail
Imagine you are spending Christmas on a tropical island while sipping this refreshing cocktail. The ultimate festive drink that combines a creamy coconut milk, fresh lime juice, blueberries, Blue Curaçao liqueur and a shot of Russian Standard vodka. All combined in this Jack Frost's Tropical Coconut Vodka cocktail.

Ingredients
- 100 ml Russian Standard vodka
- 50 ml Blue Curaçao liqueur
- 150 ml Coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp Desiccated coconut to garnish
- 2 Lime slices to garnish
- 6 Fresh blueberries to garnish
- 6-7 cubes Ice
Instructions
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut over the surface of a small plate or saucer. Rub one wedge of lime along the rim of 2 tumblers and then dip it into the coconut so that the entire rim is covered.
- Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Pour the vodka, blue curacao, coconut milk and fresh lime juice. Shake well and pour over ice into tumbler glasses. Garnish with lime slices and blueberries (optional).
