For the sandwich

slices
Multi seeds bread
½
Tomato
⅓
Cucumber
⅓
Apple

Cheddar cheese
(approx. 25-30 g)
For the sauce
½
tsp
English mustard
1
tsp
Extra virgin olive oil
1
Pinch of garlic granules
1
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Toast the bread. Then slice the tomato, cucumber and the apple and place them on one of the toasted bred slices. Add the Cheddar cheese on the top.
Mix all ingredients for the sauce. With a teaspoon drizzle some on the top of the cheese and place the second slice on the top.
Place the sandwich in the microwave for 40 seconds or until the cheese is melted.
