Equipment

  • Toaster
  • Microwave

Ingredients

For the sandwich

  • 2 slices Multi seeds bread
  • ½ Tomato
  • â…“ Cucumber
  • â…“ Apple
  • 3 slices Cheddar cheese (approx. 25-30 g)

For the sauce

  • ½ tsp English mustard
  • 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Pinch of garlic granules
  • 1 Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Toast the bread. Then slice the tomato, cucumber and the apple and place them on one of the toasted bred slices. Add the Cheddar cheese on the top.
  • Mix all ingredients for the sauce. With a teaspoon drizzle some on the top of the cheese and place the second slice on the top.
  • Place the sandwich in the microwave for 40 seconds or until the cheese is melted.
  • Bon Appetit!
