Easy Tomato, Cucumber and Apple Cheese Melt Sandwich
Change up your boring everyday meals with this quick & easy tomato, cucumber and apple cheese melt sandwich. It only takes 7 minutes to make it.

Equipment
- Toaster
- Microwave
Ingredients
For the sandwich
- 2 slices Multi seeds bread
- ½ Tomato
- â…“ Cucumber
- â…“ Apple
- 3 slices Cheddar cheese (approx. 25-30 g)
For the sauce
- ½ tsp English mustard
- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Pinch of garlic granules
- 1 Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Toast the bread. Then slice the tomato, cucumber and the apple and place them on one of the toasted bred slices. Add the Cheddar cheese on the top.
- Mix all ingredients for the sauce. With a teaspoon drizzle some on the top of the cheese and place the second slice on the top.
- Place the sandwich in the microwave for 40 seconds or until the cheese is melted.
