The Recipe
To make these delicious tomato mozzarella ricotta gnocchi, start by heating 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick pan.
Add the gnocchi and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, turning from time to time, until they are crisp and golden. Serve warm with ricotta on a side or salsa dip.
You can get all the ingredients from your local supermarket. I bought Rana Gnocchi and ricotta from Sainsbury’s but you can substitute for any brand.

- 1 pack Tomato & Mozzarella Gnocchi
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Ricotta
- 1 tsp Parsley
Instructions
