Honey Glazed Roasted Almonds
Ingredients
- 200 g Raw almonds
- 6 tbsp Honey
- 2 drops Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 150°C ~300°F. In a medium bowl, mix the honey and the vanilla. Toss the raw almonds. Combine well.
- Spread the nuts on a baking tray and roast for 15-20 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow them to cool completely, then break apart. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
