Lemon and Cucumber Smoothie

Ingredients
Lemon Smoothie
- 25 ml Coconut milk
- 1 Frozen banana
- 1 Small piece ginger
- ½ Lemon
- 3 Ice cubes
Cucumber Smoothie
- 25 ml Coconut milk
- 1 Frozen banana
- ½ Cucumber
- 20 g Spinach
- 3 Ice cubes
Instructions
- Place all ingredients for the lemon smoothie in a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour in a glass.
- Then place all ingredients for the cucumber smoothie in the blender and again pulse until smooth. Pour over the lemon smoothie.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and/or cucumber.
- Enjoy!
